Inventif Animation Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent 3D animation studio based in Indore, India, working with clients across the USA, Europe, and Asia. We produce 3D animation films, character design & modelling, corporate videos, and explainer videos. Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form or project brief, or email us directly, we collect the details you choose to share, which may include:

- Anything else you include in your message
Information collected automatically. Very little, and none of it by us. We run no analytics on this website and set no cookies of our own, so we do not build any record of the pages you visit or how long you stay. Like every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — including IP addresses and browser types — for security and troubleshooting. If you play one of our films, YouTube loads its player and collects data under Google’s own policies. Our Cookie Policy sets this out in full.
We do not collect or store card or payment details on this website. Project payments are arranged separately: international clients typically pay online through PayPal, while others may pay offline by bank transfer or another agreed method. Where you pay through PayPal, the transaction is processed by PayPal under its own terms and privacy policy — we do not receive or store your full card details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote or proposal for your project
- Communicate with you about a project while it is in progress
- Keep the website secure and working correctly
- Send follow-up messages directly related to your enquiry — we do not send unsolicited marketing emails

We operate from India and work with clients worldwide. If you contact us from the USA, Europe, Asia, or elsewhere, the information you provide is transferred to and processed in India, and may be handled by our service providers in other countries. We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiries and project briefs are retained for up to 2 years unless you ask us to delete them sooner, or longer where we have an active or ongoing client relationship with you.

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

9. Third-Party Links & Embedded Content
Our website links to and embeds content from external platforms — for example, our films are hosted on and played through YouTube. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
