1. About Inventif Animation Studio
Inventif Animation Studio (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent 3D animation and video production studio operating from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. We offer 3D animation, character design & modelling, corporate video, and explainer video production services for clients worldwide.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
3. Services
We provide the following services:
- 3D Animation (character films, brand films, product films)
- Character Design & Modelling (concept, sculpt, texturing, rigging)
- Corporate Video (brand films, internal communications, event films)
- Explainer Videos (2D and 3D, product walkthroughs, app demos)
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for each project are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal signed between Inventif Animation Studio and the client.
4. Project Agreements & Payments
All projects begin only upon agreement of scope and terms. Payment terms, milestones, and refund conditions are specified in that agreement. Depending on the engagement, payments are made online — for international clients, typically via PayPal — or offline by another agreed method; they are not processed through this website itself. Late payments may result in project suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the finished film in the delivered formats, together with the model source files for the characters, objects, or environments built for the project. Where the engagement is character design and modelling work, the character transfers in full — design files, 3D model, and rig.
We retain our production files. These are the working scenes behind a film rather than the film itself: animation scenes, lighting and shading setups, render settings and passes, simulation and effects caches, editorial and compositing projects, and other intermediate working files. We archive them, which is what allows a later update to your film to be a scene edit rather than a re-shoot. If you need any of these handed over, tell us before the project begins and we will price it into the project agreement.
Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of Inventif Animation Studio.
We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio, showreel, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
All content, logos, artwork, code, and design on inventifstudio.com itself — unless otherwise stated — are the property of Inventif Animation Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the project
- Reviewing and providing feedback within agreed timelines
- Ensuring they have the rights to any content (scripts, brand assets, characters, trademarks, music) they provide to us
- Complying with all applicable laws for their business and the film we produce for them
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inventif Animation Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or service. Creative direction is collaborative and subjective; while we deliver to the agreed brief, we do not guarantee specific audience, engagement, or commercial outcomes from any film.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use or recommend third-party tools and platforms (e.g., hosting providers, video hosting, file-transfer services) as part of project delivery. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of these third-party services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice, subject to the terms of the signed project agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
We may also suspend or terminate access to this website for anyone who violates these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
